Each pair of these elegant tapers has been dipped by a steady hand at least 20 times into vats of naturally filtered beeswax. This time-honored process, combining the most precious of candle waxes with skilled craftsmanship, creates long, even burning tapers. The wicks are made from 100% cotton.

Most of the beeswax used in these is collected from Northwest beekeepers, including British Columbia. The crops in this region rank lowest in exposure to pesticides in North America and is the highest quality beeswax available. 

Beeswax gets its wonderful honey-like fragrance from the nectar of the flowers the bees are pollinating. Nontoxic and nonallergenic, beeswax candles burn clean and are soot free. While burning they release negative ions, improving the air quality.

The high melting and burning temperature of beeswax translates into exceptionally long burn times. While burning, the flame glows with the same energy and spectrum of light as the sun.
