INCORRECT or DAMAGED ORDERS

It is important to us that you receive your items intact and as described. If there is an issue with your order (incorrect items, missing items, or damaged items) we will provide you with an exchange, refund, or replacement depending on the circumstance. We do not offer exchanges for any other reason.

RETURNS

Full-size unused, unopened products may be returned.
Items on sale or clearance, Limited Edition, Custom and opened items are not returnable. This includes opening the sealed envelope that small items arrive inside- due to the nature of the products we cannot resell anything that has been opened.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery and arrive back to us in their original condition.

You can initiate a return in your customer account and we will email a return shipping label. This postage will be deducted from your refund as well as a 15% restocking fee.

In the FSW FB Community Group you can buy, sell and trade FSW products with other members of the community.
