Rose Tisane
Whole rose buds from Pingyin county, Shandong province, China. Rose flower has been cultivated in Pingyin for well over a millenia, and this endemic variety infuses the water with a vivid pink tint and lush floral fragrance. This batch was harvested in late summer when the blooms are at peak flavor and aroma from high mountain sunlight.
Steep in hot (but not boiling) water for several minutes to infuse the delicate flavor or pure rose. Sweeten if desired. Multiple steeps encouraged.
